Snowball Y Improved has been around for nearly 150 years revealing a snow white head that’s 6-8 inches in diameter. This variety is self-blanching meaning the leaves naturally hug the head giving protection from the sun. This open pollinated variety is high in Vitamin C & K and prefers a cool to mild climate. Will store well in the freezer!
