Shipping:
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Refund:
Prior authorization is required for all products returned. Packets must be returned unopened within 15 days of delivery. Improper storage can quickly damage seeds so please return packets as soon as possible.
After an order has been shipped, we are unable to change your address. We cannot issue refunds for orders that were shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
Be sure to access your tracking number that was emailed to your inbox to locate your package. If shipment has not arrived at the appropriate time or location please contact the shipping carrier with your concerns. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Sometimes packages can be delayed due to Holidays or Severe Weather so please be mindful of this.
