Being the largest heirloom variety of zinnias, California Giant offers vibrant colors of pink, orange, cherry, purple, white, and yellow. Zinnias attract lady bugs, butterflies, hummingbirds, and so many more pollinators and insects. Deadheading is beneficial to keep flowers blooming all season. Zinnias are heat loving and can grow up to 4 feet tall! These cut flowers are edible as well so you can add them to a nice salad, tea, dessert, or use as a garnish.

Now in all honesty Zinnias aren't my favorite flowers whatsoever BUT i discovered that they are very good medicine used by the Navajo people to lower inflammation, reduce symptoms of anxiety, and improve blood pressure and even has antibacterial properties. Even more reason to have them is just how much the pollinators love them. Great addition to the garden and im glad to grow them this spring!
